All of our pizzas and breads are made fresh daily using a high quality high gluten flour, extra-virgin olive oil, and organic and locally sourced produce whenever possible.
Our pizza should be enjoyed room temperature or straight from the oven.

Our four foot long pizza PALAM (pah-lam) are done in the traditional style of those baked in Rome. A palam (originally a word from latin) is the four-foot long wood board that our pizzas are put into and taken out of the oven with. Unique in New York, this style of pizza originated in Rome, and is the form that is enjoyed by Romans on the go or dining with family or friends. One full pizza palam is the equivalent of two and a-half 14 inch round pies. Enjoyed as a full palam or “a taglio” (by the slice) our pizza may be enjoyed room temperature (as they do in Rome) or straight from the oven (as many New Yorkers love). Regardless of your temperature preference at , we are dedicated to offering you an authentic taste of Italy.

Our Focaccia and Casareccio breads are baked fresh every morning.
Both of our Focaccia breads come with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt and one of them has rosemary on top.
The Casareccio is our "house bread" and is a favorite amongst many customers, some of whom insist it's the best bread in the city. It's a hearty loaf of bread with a crunchy, floury curst that's balanced with soft, airy dough on the inside. Use it to compliment dinner, salad, as a breakfast bread, to make French toast or just eat it all by itself. It's that good!
